1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
1.2 The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
1.3 Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
1.4 Certain items, such as clearance or special-order parts, may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process
2.1 Customers must contact DJS Part customer service before initiating a return.
2.2 Once approved, customers will receive return instructions, including the return address.
2.3 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
3.2 Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used during the purchase.
3.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where DJS Part made an error.
3.4 If the returned product is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, a partial refund or rejection of the return may apply.
4. Exchanges
4.1 Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
4.2 If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be provided.
5. Non-Returnable Items
5.1 Customized or special-order parts.
5.2 Electrical components and sensors.
5.3 Items that have been installed, used, or modified.
