1. Order Processing
1.1 Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
1.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.3 Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time
2.1 Estimated delivery time varies based on location and courier service:

  • Domestic (within Malaysia): 3-5 business days
  • International: 7-14 business days (subject to customs clearance)
    2.2 Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, customs processing, or peak seasons.
    2.3 Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

3. Tracking & Shipment Updates
3.1 A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.
3.2 Customers can track their order using the provided tracking number through the respective courier service’s website.
3.3 If a tracking number is not received within the expected processing time, customers should contact DJS Part customer support.

4. Shipping Fees
4.1 Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier service.
4.2 Additional charges may apply for remote locations or oversized items.
4.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where DJS Part made an error.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
5.1 Customers must provide accurate shipping details during checkout.
5.2 DJS Part is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5.3 If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
5.4 If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers should contact the courier service for resolution. However, DJS Part will assist where possible.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
6.1 If a package arrives damaged, customers should report the issue within 48 hours and provide photo evidence of the damage.
6.2 For lost shipments, customers should contact the courier service to file a claim. DJS Part will assist in the investigation but is not liable for courier-related losses.
